We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but, if for some strange reason your order arrives damaged or differs from the advertised goods, we will repair or exchange the item for you. In event that the item is irreparably damaged, we will refund you in full both for your purchase and the return shipping.
In the case of bespoke items that you have approved of in writing, signed off and paid for in full, we can only refund 50% of the sale price, as we will need to cover our time and material costs. If by some unfortunate circumstance your bespoke item arrives damaged, we will pay for the collection, repair and return.
Under certain circumstances, we will also offer an exchange service, although in these cases, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We create custom crates and shipping packaging, boxes, certificates of authenticity, organise tracked shipping and insurance – all of this will be included in your shipment. It is not in our interest to pack badly, so we always work to the highest of standards to ensure the safe transport of your items.

Please note: If you intend to apply for a refund or an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. It is also essential that you take photos of all of the packaging and shipping labels; items must be photographed in their box with the original packaging, as this evidence will be needed for all such claims.
